I have one pre-ordered - the wifi only version - but haven't decided on games yet. I'll probably get Hot Shots Golf, and I want Uncharted, but can't bring myself to spend $50 on a portable game.

Only $50 more for 3G, but then you have to pay for monthly service. Not worth it for someone like me that doesn't play online much.
Those are the two main reasons I'm not getting the 3G version. I don't need another contract, and I almost never play online (I play games to be anti-social and lose myself in the game, not to go online and socialize with others).
Nice! I couldn't have said it better myself! Though I mainly don't play online much because:I almost never play online (I play games to be anti-social and lose myself in the game, not to go online and socialize with others).
Oh, and it's AT&T which is crap.
To be fair, all providers are crap, some just in different ways than others.
If it's anything like the 3DS launch you're better off waiting a few months and getting it for $100 less.
I also don't foresee Sony dropping the price as quick as Nintendo did on the 3DS
I guess it'll depend on how well it does from the start. But with the Vita you are getting better piece of tech right off the bat compared to the 3DS.
That sure didn't help the PSP do better than the DS.
Which one did better in the case of different types? There are 4 DS Versions and 4 PSP versions.
I'll be watching to see how it goes.
