Ok. Many of you may have know fellow KLOVer "yoalpster", he was family to me. As of August 13 he is now playing all the classics in heaven.

My family was going to send the games to auction, but instead I took them in and the games that didn't get taken by family are now for sale. The only reason for the sale is so that we can recoup some of the $$$ for the cost of the funeral. Here is the CL ad that I have posted.

I have given the prices that I think would be good, however I do realize not all may agree. If there is something that you would like to see pics of please PM me and I can take pics. As well, if you don't agree with the prices please don't bash, make an honest offer if you're interested.

I would also make a deal on the lot.

Thanks, it was T-town storage and my aunt and uncle had me clear it out first b/c the payment was going to be due on the 15th.

There are a couple of games still in Tongie that were just too big for me to load. I can get the names and such later.

all the RALLY-X needed was some ribbon cables on the PCB stack and a ROM there too

the defender needed new ribbon cables too

Doug knows where the ROAD KINGS pinball is and the other pinball i forget the name of right now
Doug also has a bunch of games at his place

you know of him ?

I saw those listed on CL, then saw the thread in the general section and finally put it all together. I don't think I talked to him on here but I remember swing him at the auction in grandview. Man, this sucks. Best wishes go to his family. That said I was going to check on a game or two .

Sorry to hear of his passing. Hopefully his collection goes to good hands. If you weren't so far away, I'd be all over that Nibbler...looks like it's in pretty good condition. PSU should be easy to replace with a switcher, since it doesn't use anything besides +5 and +12.

First off, Thank you to everyone for the kind words. It's never easy when a family member passes away, even less so when for me b/c of all of the influences Yoalpster had on me.

Carrying on, Nibbler is pending

Oh man, I am so sorry to hear this, my condolences. Shawn was a friend, a good guy, and a dedicated collector. I knew he had had some health issues, but that never prepares you to hear this kind of news. :001_scry:

EDIT: I wrote more over in this thread.

EDIT 2: Are these machines still in Tonganoxie or have they been moved?

Was looking for a Big Blue...at that price might be worth his time to ship if you're willing!!! That is a smokin' deal for a big blue @ 250$... if I had the room for it, I would probably make a concerted effort to drive up there in a few days, but I honestly hope it goes to the guy above. I've already got one. :)
