FS Game: WHOA! Star Trek Captains Chair on ebay

The Google page is a nice tribute.

I saw that ST:SOS cockpit on ebay last night. It needs some cosmetic work - missing some plexi and parts!

The seller doesn't specify what is not working. My guess would be either the power supply or the g08 vector monitor. (Maybe it's just a fuse??) LOL

It should make a nice project for someone.

Definitely a FUN game when it's WORKING!

it's in Florida so if I was more than just a rookie arcade fix it guy I might go after it for a restore. The trouble is when I get to something I can't seem to get help so the next one I'm doing myself.

your right its in florida but its all the way down near Miami

If it wasnt 12 hours one way I would so want that project. Im just not much of a driver..

I see deals like this all the time down here. I also seen this one good deal if you want a project. missing some parts that might be hard to find.

Manny has been trying to sell that pile of shit on craigslist for months. No takers at $200. I bought a game from that dirty fucker and had a friend grab it from him. The game picked up was different than the one pictured. The lower coindoor was tinted plastic, the nice full system one side art was painted over except for atari, the cab is an import irish cab which was different than the pic.

This Star Trek is being sold by a filthy Miami dirtbag. I wouldn't put it past the winning bidder to receive a Gladiator pcb and a G07.

It probably will be a good deal for someone but I wouldn't trust this fucker to ship a cotton ball.

Good luck! ;)

+1..... and most of Manny's stuff has "bugs" too lol :)

That looks like the cockpit that came out of the notorious Zebra Joe's warehouse in Tampa (termites in some machines) and transported down to Miami with a load of games for this guy to try and sell. The dead giveaway is how busted up the cockpit is.. I saw it in person and it is a hunk of shit for sure.

And like Paul said, these deals USED to pop up in Florida, but I think a lot of the deals have dried up, like most of the arcade market.
