I've got a flaky one. The aux board is fine but the main board had issues with not working until it heats up and it's gotten worse.

Or would it be more cost effective to replace the board?

Generally speaking repair is cheaper.

Oh and I fix them.

Does it not play at all until it's warmed up? Could be a flaky socket. Or cold solder joint.

At first it would sit there stone cold dead until I let it warm up for 10 minutes or so and then it would pop on and just work fine. Over time it got to where it took more than 10 minutes and the last few times I tried it, it never came up at all.

I know it's not the monitor and I narrowed it down to the main board by swapping them out with spares that I had up until recently.

What do you charge for your services? What kind of turnaround time is typical? Not that I'm in any kind of hurry really.
