Alright... which one of you took the working Omega Race PCB @ $260? >ARGH< I thought my $255 snipe might snag it... >ARGH!<

$260 would've been about my limit for a working Omega Race PCB if I were in the market for one.

Ironic, though - I had a beautiful Omega Race cabaret with a "rock solid" working original PCB that I had trouble moving at $300-something...

I didn't even see it listed. $260 actually seems fairly cheap since they are so hard to come by working. $300+ seems to be about the going rate these days if you can find one fully working.

Looks like Rlevin has got a set right now on eBay "marked working" for 299 w/ free shipping and a 7 day return..PM him.

That was me that won that one! I'm too embarassed to admit what my max bid was.

I asked the seller and the BIN before the first bid was $300. I "almost" put in the BIN amount as my max but backed it down to $255. Congrats on the win.

I almost missed it completely, I saw it about a day before it ended but then I forgot about it, I happened to remember it and got back on ebay with 2 or 3 minutes to spare.

Sorry I stole it from you, though... This was the first set I saw since I've had my OR, so I felt like I had to jump on it. I'm pretty stoked on the prospect of having my OR working, I have to admit...

No worries... it happens... and I have a couple of boardsets being looked at right now so hopefully I'll be up and running soon too.

When a working board makes the difference between having a couple hundred dollar paperweight or a working game, $300 starts to look really cheap.

Also, it's a vector...you know whatever you need will be expensive.

I'm surprised it isn't more expensive given how few working examples are out there along with the known difficulties in repairing an acid eaten OR board.
