Tonight's contestant hails from the bowels of my Koam Big Blue and enjoys fighting games, crocheting, and beer.

I pulled this monitor and another like it from two of my machines (dynamo corner cut and a Koam big blue) tonight. I need to order up a couple of cap kits, but there are no identification markers anywhere.

Does anyone know who the manufacturer is or what model it is? Thanks!

it does look like a K7000 clone.

i have one here some where. and have never touched it.

measure the yoke and see what the readings are.

if they are close enough to a K7000. i would slap one in and call it a day.

Peace
Buffett

Thanks everybody! It looked a lot like my 19 inch kortek, but I wanted to get some outside POV's.

Does anyone know how reliable these things are? I mean my WG's are crappy as hell. I can't imagine the Kortek being better. Should I just rebuild my spare WG and install it in the cabinet or do you think this guy will hold up?

If it works, stick with it.

I've had pretty decent results with the Korteks I've had. Pic is great and they don't fail much. Depending on where the cabinet was and how much heat it was exposed to, you can get some cold solder or trace issues, but nothing out of the ordinary.

You can send the $1000000 prize check when you get a chance

Crappy??

Your wells were crappy.. But didn't you just have them rebuilt by an awesome dude? Who also hooked you up with a burn free amazing tube?? Hehe

Yeah, your wells are or were pretty awful.. Never saw one with a 3" burn hole in one.. But it works now!! Plus there is more solder on each joint then when it was produced.

Come pick them up :)

I will be there tomorrow with two mystery monitors and a DK Jr in tow.

are you implying that the flyback took a shit and put a 3 inch hole in it? dam.... mine's no longer that epic :(

Yikes. The parts chassis I've been using to repair the rest of these also has a 3" hole in it. What is this guy doing to these things?
