Who the hell falls for the 0 feedback ebay listings in China??

I am getting sick of having to report the China ebay listing scams. I do it for all the poor saps that fall for it, but there is getting to be more and more.

If the price is way too good to be true, it is. (especially from China!)

Weird, they have this info related to the ebay seller ID:

E Tech Galaxy
2978 SE Loop 820,
Fort Worth, TX 76140

(817) 551-7200

225 sold now X $19.88 = $4,473.00.

Finally removed all listings and seller is a non registered user now.

Listing I was watching was up to 242 sold units:
242 X $19.88 = $4,810.96.

Other listings included, probably over $25,000 in a day. User just registered today.

How does ebay allow it to go on so long? Poor dumb bastards, hope they get their money back.

He's got a buddy : http://myworld.ebay.com/dashitou2012

Also copying E-Tech Galaxy listings (who appear to be a legit op : http://stores.ebay.com/E-Tech-Galaxy)

It is amazing how many fools are "buying" these auction items, multiples EVERY MINUTE. Some are even leaving preemptive feedback

Wonder how the PayPal protection is going to work out when all these chargebacks come back to drained and daily closed bank accounts, possibly under assumed/stolen identities.

"Thank you for taking the time to contact E-Tech Galaxy.

Yes, we are aware of this problem. We have contacted eBay on this matter.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know. You are kind to do so.
Just for the record we will send this eBay user name over to our eBay rep.

"I am getting sick of having to report the China ebay listing scams."

So don't. Stop trying to be Ebay cop and let people learn lessons. Because if it's not the Ebay scam then it's going to be another scam somewhere else. Are you going to protect idiots from everything?

Sounds like you have too much time on your hands.

I'm not policing ebay. If I see it, I will report it. It's not that hard to do. I do feel sorry for people who are getting taken advantage of.
Ebay is kind of a second job, so I do spend a little bit of time on there.

For you, I'm sorry you don't like to help your fellow man out.

Let's keep the political commentary in the P&R section. ;)
