Who sent me $560 with no return address?

I hope not, but you read about a hiker finding a skeleton in the woods, then it's someone who just mysteriously disappeared..

Let's see, a person sending a large amount of money with no explanations, no return address, and never trying to contact the person afterwards to see about their item....

Do we know of any arcade collectors in the Massachusetts house and senate?

Your obviously dealing with a cheapskate... MO's cost money, apparently so does ink to write a return address :D

Every penny counts in this economy :D

Someone who doesn't want their wife to know they're spending that much on game parts. :D
Yes, EXACTLY! And since he didn't have wifey write a note with the money or address the envelope... viola!

Haa haa haa! So true! The other day I went to pay for something with paypal (my wife normally does for me) and I never clicked past the confirmation page and thought I paid. :D She caught my error the next morning.

It was me please send back as soon as you can

My bad, on its way. But since theres no address provided Im just gonna put _____ Georiga. Hopefully you get it.

Probably not a klov'er, but Im gonna bump this once in awhile and if it pisses someone off then please ship over the thread.

I like getting envelopes full of cash. It's my preferred method.

Anyways, please tell me that the idiot sender was at least smart enough to send the money express or priority.

It happens far to often.

I get PayPal payments from people that use a different email address for PayPal and don't send any notes or shipping info with their payment.

It's a bitch to try to reconcile at times.

At least with the paypal, you can write, Hey's what's this $$$ for?

Anyways, I make sure to always include a full description (including the word working) in the payment. I look at the payment as a contract.

So the seller can't turn around and say, "It was sold as non, working parts only".

I also have been toying with the idea of sending buyers invoices through paypal rather than just giving them an address to send the money too. That way, as a seller, I can make sure that all of the terms are there. That way, they can't turn around and say that an item sold as non working was sold as working.

We have a winner! He finally contacted me by phone just now and said he changed his mind because I took too long to ship and he was gonna buy the kit elsewhere. Hmmm. He claims his return address was on the envelope and there was a note inside. I cant prove there was no note, but there wasnt. I can prove no return address though.

I told him the stuff was on sale right now and he would be getting a partial refund with the art he wanted. Still no. Oh well.

At least you guys wont have to see this thread being bumped again. But Im glad its over, til the next time.

What a douche. Is it somebody here? Come on, inquiring minds want to know! :)

You're probably better off with being able to refund the money and be done with the guy - there's no telling what would have happened if he actually tried to install the stuff.

LOL! You're right. I'd probably spend hours with him on the phone holding his hand and him screwing something up and blaming me
