Yeah No Fear! Love that game. Thank you for bringing games! I'll be there all weekend as I'm one of the official helper monkeys in the arcade room. So I'll be busting butt from Thursday - Sunday. :) Tons of work, but it's a blast. Make sure you let one of us know when you get there...there will be plenty of help to make sure your life is nice and easy getting the games in and set-up safely.

I'll be bringing my CSI, Wheel of Fortune, and Cirqus Voltaire pins and my buddy's Outrun vid. Maybe one more pin, but I'm not sure about that yet (my first time pulling a trailer and I have a Jeep Wrangler which isn't great for towing with the short wheel base...so I'm a little timid about it).

For anyone on the fence about bringing games, do it! It makes a great show even better for you and for everyone in attendance. It also gets you into the after-party which is by far the best part of the weekend! Attending will be fun, participating by bringing a game will be even better! I know these things are a pain to move and transport, but what better way to strengthen the community and help introduce new people to what we do? The show is only as good as the people that contribute to it. For anyone who say "it's a good show but needs more of this or that"...well go ahead and bring "this or that" and it will then be there! :)

A sincere thank-you to everyone who decides to bring a game. I appreciate it, the people attending will appreciate it, and Dan and the others who run the show will greatly appreciate it.

Hope to see you all there!
Chris

I will be there selling (I hope) a large part of my clutter. Going to bring a few vids to sell also. No jems but they will be klov price police approved :)

there is a klov gestapo police force telling people how much to sell stuff for? wow.

do they take requests on finding machines too at certain price points, then make people sell them for that mandated price... wow thats cool.
how do i get to become one of those guys?

Is there like a junior police force I could join first to get my feet wet on?

i'll be there, waiting in line to play Circus Voltaire. very cool of you to bring it.

seemed like the prices were super duper reasonable last year.
love the decal place that has lots of marquee and cabinet art vinyl cheap.
picked up a robotron decal for about a buck. had eugene jarvis sign it after his talk.
how cool is that.
love the MGC event.

My wife and I will be there. Unfortunetly I don't have a game that is in good enough shape to bring. Will there be a Klover at the side door to let me in ;) Joking

Does anyone have any suggestions for other things to do in Milwaukee? I was thinkg of taking one of the beer tours.

I'll be there at the Jagfest section. I'm bringing 4 or 5 Jaguars but don't think it's worth lugging my Space Invaders out of the basement, lol.

They don't need to be in great shape...just working and hopefully reliable. No need for museum pieces! Bring what you got and enjoy the perks, including the after-party!

Why would you possibly need anything else to do around Milwaukee? You will not have enough time to do everything at MGC as it is! No leaving allowed! :)

I have a question regarding the playable games. Is there a time limit for each game or do you wait for someone to get finished? This would decide if I bring son or not. Any info greatly appreciated.

Proper etiquette is to play a full game. If someone is waiting, after your full game is over, it is their turn.

No one should ever interrupt you in the middle of a game to move on... Unless you were bogarting the machine and taking multiple turns.

This is so true. Got there when it opened last year and stayed till after midnight and still didn't want to go back to the hotel room. There is plenty to do.

P.S. Hey Jedi, I can bring the ying/yang Backalley Creations pinball back this year and we can go another round on your CV if you bring it.

everyone was extremely courteous and friendly last year about playing the pinballs. i'd walk up and peopled let you join in, we'd BS while playing. even the hardcores playing Attack from Mars.

I've heard other events where people are jerkish about sharing, but I sure didn't see that in Milwaukee.

It was the social behavior at that show which made me realize I'd like to have a pinball in the house. very cool folks.

The miller brewery tour is pretty cool as is the Harley Davidson tour. A must see in my book is a spy themed restaurant called the Safe House. Absolute Blast.

I'm going to show up Saturday and hopefully bring a friend or four. I'm not dragging a game down as it would add like $50 to my gas cost for that day and add 2-3 hours to my trip time because my engine is so weaksauce.

I'll be going again, and bringing my F-14 Tomcat pin this year. First year bringing something, so pretty excited about that.

The safe house is fun. weirdest bar you will ever visit.

Also if you get the chance go to Leon's or Kopps for custard.
Safe House is awesome if you've never been before. I hope they've fixed the phone booth exit. Last time I was down there it was broken :( I'm more of an Oscars custard guy rather than Kopps, but both are really good. Luckily both are within a 5-10 minute drive of MGC hotel.
