Who here has touched the nasty...

Mine is minimal damage..

Pulled a chassis from a 25" Polo. I was carry the Chassis with one hand, tools in other. Suddenlt the back of the neckboard landed on my hand and zapping me good (i'm a puss to electric). All I could do is just concentrate laying tools down to get that damn neckboard off my hand! My hand was numb/sore and I had to take a smoke break before doing anything else :)

Damn I thought this was going to be some cleaver way of filming yourself, getting shocked.. Now I'm just disapointed.

Just a little tip for folks. Before you go zapping your ass, go to Walmart and for about $10-$15 you can make one of these:

Buy a clip-on light... they're like $8 or something. Remove the lamp from the end... it's threaded. Then buy a mirror from Wally World... the one with the small hole in the handle (they still carry it...I just bought a bigger one). Amazingly enough the threaded end of the clip on lamp is PERFECT size to thread on to the softish plastic handle of the mirror. It's secure and works kickass. No more having to deal with reaching around the back of a cabinet. It's one of the most useful tools you will ever make.

its just the monitors way of making sure you still feel alive after wrestling with it heh..

ironically enough my first memory as a kid was when i was a few years old.. the parentds were adding on to the house.... i remember walking out to the new unfinished kitchen, looking down through a big hole in the floor, then looking up and seeing a light switch hanging by the wires out of the wall.. i grabbed it and got a huge shock...

mabye thats why im so crazy lol

MIGHT Not Be Arcade Related BUT

I Have been hit by spark plugs, monitors , 440 volt bowling alley chassies, ect. Nothing SUCKS MORE THAN, When I was Building my house , Restoring a old barn, I was walking by some hanging wires with my mouth open that I thought were dead and they went in my mouth , I have not been right since. That Is No Chit. WHICH WAY DID SO GO GEORGE?
