Im looking for a Joust 2 CPO. Trying to find one of those may be as difficult as my Journey bezel was to find .
So I was wondering if someone out there either has one for sale or a scan of one. Or at the very least suggestions on artwork sites that may have one around.
Ive been to the local arcade art site - what others are out there?
Thanks!

Joust 2 CPO

In over 10 years I have only seen 1 NOS Joust 2 cpo for sale. It was on Ebay about 3 years ago. I bought it off of eBay for a price that I'm embarassed to even talk about, but it was the only one I had ever seen to that point. Since then, I've never seen another.

I hope you are able to find one.

The surprise to me is that I have never found a NOS Robotron cpo. With all of the Robotrons that went into production, its the only Williams game that you can't find true NOS overlays for! Joust, Stargate, Sinistar, Defender and Bubbles are all fairly easy to obtain. Just don't get it.

Anyone who gets super rare NOS art and doesn't scan it before applying to their game deserves a kick in the taint with a knife tipped boot.

Shit that reminds me I need to scan the SFIICE stuff I got from militiaman. It's the yellow/black/pink color variant that went out as a conversion kit for the short period before the full machines shipped (at least I'm pretty sure that's what it is). Not exactly hen's teeth but it's the first time I'd seen that color combo since I saw one in the arcade when CE was released. Supposed to do scans of other stuff for someone's archive as well, guess I'll add that to the q of projects. :)

Good luck on the search, parabolic. Googling around a little bit seems to kick up a lot of results of people looking for that cpo, many for years, and a few tales of "yeah I saw one of those 10 years ago". Sounds like you have a hell of a challenge ahead of you.
