Dang bro...everyone got a letter saying it couldn't be picked
up till 5pm. I was there at 4:15 and it was gone. Snubbed in
My area!!! Who got it? Let see some pics!

My good buddy got it. I received a similar note, and apparently he spoke with the lady and she agreed to give it to him. She said there were people waiting outside for it before he got there. I guess it was the heaviest flipping game he had ever lifted. It was an upright. I am going to go see it tonight. Apparently it was pretty darn moldy, but still a nice score. Are they rare, I have never seen one, but since it is a Sega Vector I figured it was pretty rare.

Yeah I guess I should have went over there earlier then
I did but I figured that if it wasn't to be picked up until after
five pm, 4;15 seemed really early. :p

I figured it was pretty rare being a sega vector too. Isn't it just
A standard frogged style cabinet? You should post some pics
Or have him do it here when you get a chance.

Great score anyhow.

It was ME!!!

...and I got a free dedicated Major Havoc, too.

Just KIDDING. I can't believe things like this are going for free. WTH?

LOL

Dave

I Got It!!!

Yes I really did get it, and it was by far the heaviest machine I have ever moved. It is a little musty, I did some cleaning and got through the 10 yrs of basement crap. The Game does power up, but the Screen is scrambled, the X-Y does not appear to be in sync or something, You can fly the ship around and shoot but the ship does not look like the ship. I will post some photos in a little while, I just thought I would post ssome info about it since Wiz told me there was a thread about it, now it is time for me to learn about it. I now know one thing I never want to carry one of those things up stairs again. PEACE Bart

Are you the same Bart that was trying to get that Qix game in Armada???

Holy shit...just read this about that game.....

"As with all of Sega's vector games, the Electrohome color vector monitor used for this game has a notorious tendency to catch fire. It is unknown what to do to prevent this."

So say for example a klover had a 2 player upright Eliminator to sell. What would it be worth.

One billion dollars...
