Title says it. I have 2 sets of Thief boards (with one Interface / Sound board). Both reset repeatedly when powered up. Does anyone on here fix these or can someone point me toward someone other than Eldorado who does?

It's been on my to-do list, as I have a couple of board sets myself that I'd like to get working.

I could possibly look into it, if nobody else steps up. I just need to build an appropriate rig.

I'd be willing to take a stab at them as well. Meant to play that game at Grinkers last year, never got around to it.

I had a set doing that but would boot fine with the I/O board ribbon cable unplugged. Wound up getting a working set but did narrow the issue down to that. Might give it a shot.

That's what the problem seems to be. Both board sets do the exact same thing. I only have the one i/o board.

Ever find a solution to this? Digging through my stuff I found a spare I/O board but it does the same thing. I did use known working chips for the 3 socketed chips. That should narrow it down to the handful of other chips on the board. I belive all the transistors are for the sound but don't have schematics in front of me. Could probably replace them all for $20 or so....

I've got the boards at the moment, and offered to take a shot at them. Haven't had a chance to look at them yet, but I'll report back if I figure anything out.
