Who all has parted out a good working machine before.

Cant the 1000 n 1 boards work on a med resolution monitor? If so, it could be a good candidate for a multicade.

I've never parted out a complete game, but believe it or not, I'm about to part out my War Gods.

By the way, check your monitor. If it is the same as mine, it has a jumper to switch between standard and medium resolution (which makes this cab a good candidate for your 100-n-1 board or a mame machine)

Anyone parted out a machine with nothing wrong with it before? I got my War Gods I was looking to get rid off (but not in a hurry). Dont seem to have much interest in it. But it seems like I would have better luck parting it out. Real nice looking med resolution monitor, cab, boardset, etc.

Now I dont want to do this. Just seems wrong to do to a game that works fine. Just this game gets no love from people.

Part it out John, that's a crappy game IMHO :) Good thing you changed the priced on your eBay listing, I almost bid at $150 :) :)

I wouldn't mind having the cab.

I may part it out. I am not in a hurry though. Just weighing options. Got the room and money right now so not in the way.

yeah, I raised it up on ebay. I forgot it was free listings so the starting price didnt matter. I may relist it at $250 and see. Hard to sell something on ebay without having to mark it up for all the freakin fees if it sells

Where was the jumper at?

Your monitor is probably a U5000 - and it should be dual-scan (standard/medium-res) There should be a jumper on the chassis labeled:

a) High/Low

b) 15k/25k

c) Stand/Med

If I remember correctly, looking at the monitor from the back of the cab, the jumper was on the right side.
