Whirlwind Lamp grid plate...One light not working...

not sure what its called but the board that bulbs go into under the playfield (with a bulb holder)? My whirlwind has one that has 5 lights. One wont light. even with a new holder...Whats the next step here, I assume pull the grid board and check it for issues with the trace? Wiggling the connections, pushing on the bulb holder etc doenst do a thing...Thanks for any input.

Check the easiest. Ensure the bulb is good ;)
If a diode exists on that lamp then check it with your meter.

It really depends on exactly what lamp you are referring to.
I'd look at either the manual or the guide that should reside in the back box showing you what circuit is responsible for that bulb. Then perform a continuity test from one end to the other. If that checks out then the driver boards are infamous for having burned molex connectors and/or cold solder joints on the male molex header. Reflow the header responsible for that circuit.
