Whirlwind works great. Nice cab, has nice working topper. The playfield has some insert wear on the compass and bonus multiplier areas, and could use new spinning disc decals. $1575.

Funhouse pinball looks and works great, with the exception of rudy's eyes not shutting. $2600

Located in MD. Just gauging interest. I will have pics of both by Tuesday.

Damn - you make me want to collect pinball machines. I love both of these - this would be my grail if I collected pinballs (if I were a rich man....)

Here are some pics of the Whirlwind. It works 100%. I have ordered the insert decals for the playfield and spinning disc decals, and will put them on the game when they come in, so maybe these pics don't do the game justice just yet

Here are pics of that Funhouse. The cabinet is an 8, minor fade to a deep orange all the way around, some marks on the head. Playfield is a 8-. There is some minor insert wear on the 5 and 6 of the clock, but the rest of the mylared area is pretty decent. Some wear at one pop bumper in the blue paint. The area outside the mylar is a little discolored, but I have seen worse. I hit the entrance at rudy with the magic eraser and it brought a lot of the swirling up.

Left sling and superdog plastic are cracked but intact. right sling has the tip cracked off. right flipper bat is cracked and will need to be replaced. I may have all of these parts, and if I do, I will include them. Ramp entrance is cracked, and would benefit from some Cliffy side protectors (I think he makes these for this game). Rest of the ramp is fine. Manual is included.

It could use a tear down and rerubber/cleaning/bulbs, but it is not terrible. The game works 100%, including all rudy head features, so all you really need is to clean it up. One GI connector is a little burned, but not to the point of having to repair the board, just the connector. There are quite a few bulbs out. If you want me to do the GI connector, I'll do it for you. Both displays are nice, bright originals, and show no signs of dying anytime soon. Displays work 100%.

Price is 2600 as it sits, including whatever plastics and flipper piece I can contribute, and I'll also include the GI repair if you want me to do it.

So I did a little work on the Whirlwind today. The insert decals came in, as well as the new spinning disc decals. Using the freeze spray method, I pulled up the lower playfield mylar (yes, some moron had put the mylar on AFTER there was damage done to the inserts). I then used naptha, a clean rag, and my fingernails to remove the leftover adhesion. Grabbed a piece of 150 grit sandpaper, and starting sanding off the inserts that I was going to replace. Wiped it all down, and applied the new insert decals. Then, I pulled the old spinning disc decals and applied the new ones. The result is a pin that looks 1000 times better than what I originally photographed. See for yourself, as I attached some photos of the process.

Price is still the same :)
