Which machine would you pick?

I say go for the Dig Dug. You actually wanted it before this deal came up--so, score!

I see a lot of T2's that sit and sit on Craigslist.

...

Actually those guys are cool. They came out to clean my carpets and saw several of my games, so I traded them a game for their work.
Next thing you know they went crazy and were buying games left and right to sell in their billiards store.. Only problem is that they bought anything and everything without doing research on value/price.
Learned the hard way I guess.

That is true, Dig Dug is on my wanted list for my personal collection, but I don't know if I want it for ~$300. I think T2 would flip better and if it were placed on location (which is a thought that has started entering my mind lately), I think it might do better than Dig Dug. Any ops out there have phenominal sucess with Dig Dug as opposed to T2 lately?

Route-wise, T2 would do better than Dig Dug at most locations. If that's your goal, I'd go with the T2. Collection-wise, I'd go with the Dig Dug. One thing you may want to find out is if the force feedback is working on both guns on the T2.

Traded them games for work, huh? Anything else you need done, Jon? You know I'm just right down the road. ;)

Blitz has the most replay value as far as the game being different everytime you play it. Die hard is terrible it's a nice cab but almost zero replay. Dig dug is always fun.

Id pick dig dug as my first choice. Runner up would be t2.
Its amazing that most of use are thinking similar things.

Easy, Dig Dug being it's the only classic on the list and to boot adult and kid friendly.

Dig Dug fits the best with your current list of games, but Blitz is a fun party game if you have sports fans over. Plus, it likely has a medium resolution monitor so even if you parted it out some day you'd have that going for you.

None of those games to me are worth a decent pool table. If I was forced to pick one I would pick the Dig Dug I guess.

Yeah T2 would be my pick Dig Dugs are a dime a dozen and you could probably pick one up really cheap somewhere. If it could get 2 I would pick up the T2 and Ghostbusters you don't see that come up for sale that often at all.

Every fellow Terminator fan who knows I have that machine hates me. Even if it wasn't working, I'd still keep it.

I'd defintely ask for two games in exchange for the table.

Most of those games totally blow.

Add another vote to the DD/T2 and make sure you get both.

Have you ever priced a pool table? Even a 7 footer? Lordy.

Ghostbusters. It is a 3 player game and harder to find. Not too bad to play either.

+1. and welcome, btw. nice to see more local collectors.

i say ghostbusters because it's fun to play, and i'm a big ghostbusters fan. but also, it's two or three player with multi buttons, the cab appears to be dedicated, and with the setup it'd be a good cab to play other jamma games in.

If you buy a T2, you'll be wondering why you can't sell the damn thing 3 months later. Everyone I know who gets one gets rid of it in 6 months or less....

The last two that hit CL here either went for $50 or were given away for free.
I think T2 and Revolution X are terrible games.

Oh yeah - Blitz 99 has my vote!
