There are many games out there that i enjoy watching others play. Right off the top of my head, these are always entertaining for me to watch people play.

Marble Madness. Everyone seems to have their own technique. Pretty entertaining to see.

Pole Position. Watching a really good player wail away on PP is an adrenaline rush.

Pac-Man. I can't stand playing myself, but I find it a blast to watch someone blaze thru it who knows the right sequences to take.

Anyone else care to add?

since i suck at the laser games.....

i love watching experienced players play through games like DRAGONS LAIR, SPACE ACE, and COBRA COMMAND.

love all the laser artwork, esp the don bluth games.

Fighters are pretty fun to watch. I love EVO. I can also really dig watching high score attempts on just about any classic game.

At CAX, I did a lot of watching since it was so crowded.

- Watching experienced pinball players in the tournament hallway was fun (and funny) to watch. They all have their unique way of playing. I should have shot video.

- Watching guys like TronGuy and Fly play T&F or Hypersports.

- Experienced SFII players who know combos, nuances and characters of the game.

I wish I could have watched the guy who put 300K+ points on Slackmoe's Circus Charlie. That game is not forgiving.

Any pin less than 5 years old, when played by an expert player, is entertainin for me. I love watching all the special effects. You get much more entertainment when you don't have to watch/control the ball.

I could get you up to speed on that scoring range pretty quickly via tutorial. Once you learn the extra man tricks, semi-leeching and patterns you'll cruise.

Yeah, I'm no expert for sure. I remember playing it on Famicom when I was a kid and then more recently on MAME. Now that Slackmoe has a dedicated cab, it's definitely fun playing the original. Tips and tricks would be most appreciated. :)

OK. I'll put something together today.

It's fresh in mind as well from Funspot last month :)

MC I'm ok on... still would like to watch the TGTS WR (TT) holder play live:cool:

I have heard you are quite the MC player. I've watched TT play a few times and other than the time I saw John McAllister play head to head against Abner Ashman on TGTS Robotron, it was the 2nd coolest live arcade performance I've seen.

I enjoy the different styles of the MC players like Bill C, TT etc.

Sweet, thanks.

I just saw that the WR is apparently a perfect score of 999,900 held mostly by guys from '84-'85. Some guy named Neil hit it in 2000.

Yeah the ropes repeat ad infiniitum once you've exhausted all other screens. I don't think I have the patience required but I'm sure others do. I don't even remember how to clear the last 2 knives boards which vary greatly from the 1st 3. Everything else I should be able to help on. I'll be bored tonight and post a heads up here when I've written in word or whatnot.

Or maybe it would be easier to just stream a game tonight on JTV, assuming the quality from my droid phone is decent...

I enjoy watching people play Zeke's Peak...in fact I've rarely played the game myself.. Also like watching people play Afterburner Deluxe because its so over the top! Also like Berzerk, Millipede, Pole Position and Frontline.

I watched Fly play Hypersports for a while at CAX. That was fun. I never saw him playing T&F though.

Another vote for Circus Charlie pics.

Seeing Hec play a huge T&F game live would be another sublime arcade moment...up there with the other performances I mentioned.

Good question. I think it's always amazing to watch someone play the trackball games like Missile Command and Centipede. Tempest also comes to mind.
