Which game gets the most love?!

Jurassic Park Lost World gets the most play, by far, especially by kids. The Dino theme is huge...there's a reason why this game is still making money all these years later.

The game holds up after repeated plays. It is very hard to succeed at everything in a single game. There are top scores for each round and for the entire game, and for cooperative play.

I've never managed to save that guy on the motorcycle.

In my gameroom...

CarnEvil gets played the most.

PlayChoice 10 ranks second (everyone wants to play Wild Gunman).

Sadly third is my Space Invaders...that's mainly because I challenge them to get past 2000 points (not the easiest feat for a casual gamer on my Taito Trimline).

Very VERY interesting thread! Cool seeing what gets played and not played in everyone's game rooms!

I can't believe Dragon's Lair get no love? I'd be ALL OVER that thing if I was at your place.....

Welp since I started this thread....
In my collection:
Most love: Pacman or Ms Pac by adults, the kids seem to like Rampage World Tour.....
Least love: DK Jr

Most Love: Pac Plus
Least Love: Karate Champ

If I didn't play KC, no one would. My one buddy (who I played this game with growing up) is the only one besides me to play it.

This doesn't include the MAME rig, as it gets played the most by far.

Judging by what the neighborhood kids play (ages 3-13) this list is as follows:
1. The 60-n-1
2. Both playchoice playchoice's equally
3. Nintendo Super System
4. Golden Tee
6. Kageki
7. 10 Yard Fight

(Note: Pacman is at my work offices, so I can't count this one. In addition, Tekken 3, Galaga, Super Buster Bros, and the 6-in-1 arrangement will be up and running this week, so I am sure these games will skewer the favorites list)

In my gameroom the pinball machines get more play than the video games.

Out of the 17 pinball machines:

1. Medieval Madness - Gets played the most.
2. Addams Family Gold
3. Monster Bash

Most played video game:

Donkey Kong

Champion Sprint gets the most play. People don't need to know the goal/rules for a driving game so the casual folks tend to gravitate towards that machine.

I'll report back Sunday. We are having a going away BBQ this weekend so I'll see what gets played most if they get played at all...

Yeah I had a Pole Position for a while and I didn't care for it because it just seemed boring to me. But man, everyone who came over played a few games. Kinda wish I still had it now.

That was the same for my Sega Turbo. I wish I hadn't gotten rid of that one...I'll end up getting another.

Most played = Centipede
least played = Mario Bros.

Most poeple just don't get how to play Mario Bros.

That's some serious laziness considering that Mario Bros. begins with a cut scene that shows you exactly what to do, not to mention the attract mode that makes it painfully obvious.

Most love:

(1) Golden Tee Complete/Silver Strike Bowling cab
(2) Horizontal MAME Cab (playing World Class Bowling, Golden Tee, Shuuz, and Shuffleshot)
(3) Super Six Darts

Least Love:

Everything else. Seriously. Most my friends play the games about 95% of the time...
