Just wondering who out there has them.

I have...

Star Trek - With FULL documentation.
Pengo

Just need Super Zaxxon to complete the set. :)

Nope, but the people I got them from did. ;)

The guy with the Star Trek said he remembered that morning like it was yesterday.

He was 10 years old and was sitting at the kitchen table eating a bowl of Halfsies cereal and used the decoder card on the game map and found that it said he had won a full size arcade game. He said he started jumping around the kitchen yelling "I WON! I WON!"

He said his father started telling him to "calm down you didn't win anything. Nobody wins these things". He said his mom then looked at the game map and said to his father "you better come look at this because I think he did win".

From there the process started and he ended up getting the Star Trek delivered to his door.

While I'm glad I now have this machine in my collection I sure wish I could have experienced winning that contest. :)

Hey Steve, you can add to your collection of contest machines, the price is a bit steep though.

Just caught this thread now... we still have our Halfsies Star Trek game here. The story was similar to what Steve posted except this one was won on Thanksgiving morning and the Mother was the one telling the girl to quiet down already. :)

Pengo

There is a new England collector who has a Pengo that was won in the cereal contest.. He bought it from the original owner, but the guy never told him he had won it.. It sat in his shed for years before he finally dug it out and opened it up.. Once opened he found the letter and all the paperwork from the contest! Pretty cool.. It's a hella nice looking pengo too!

This one was never awarded as a prize...it sat in warehouse till discovered by some employees..they offered for sale and donated the money to charity..I was lucky person who got it...still have winning papers attached to upper portion above bezel and was still in box..

Halfsies Super Zaxxon Prize

I have one of the Super Zaxxon prizes. I'm the third owner. The machine was originally won by a family in Leeds, Alabama. I bought it in 2009 from the second owner, near Atlanta I believe. I have all the original paperwork, including the original shipping paperwork. I also own one of t-shirts you could send away for.

Here's more about my Super Zaxxon machine, including pics:

Did anyone ever win a major prize (like a leg lamp) and NOT have a parent tell them to calm down ya didn't win nuthin?

I JUST did this to my son; he won an Xbox game (minor prize) from the Lunchables "Never be bored again" contest. He came running down the hall yelling that he won a first prize and my first response was, probably not, don't be disappointed.....
