Where to find Nintendo's history...way back to now?

+1 for Game Over: Press Start To Continue. That's the last edition released (1999). It corrects errors, features photographs, and has new chapters added. Yeah, it's out of print, unfortunately, so used copies are kinda spendy.

It's a very thorough history of the company. Personally, I found all of the early (pre-video game) history fascinating.
 

I have seen the love tester, grabber hand and a few other Gunpei Yokoi items, but this is the first time I saw that.

I have to say, that is awesome.

Radica has a similar toy now, but I always thought it was stupid, and out dated... now I know why; Nintendo did the same thing in 1976. Sweet.
