Where can I still buy a new monitor these days? Looking for standard definition raster monitors 13", 19", 25"...

Good luck.

Your best bet is 1 of 3 things:

1) try to find a chinese manufacturer who sells new monitors.

2) find someone who bought out the old 19' monitors and has them in stock (probably pricey).

3) buy an old TV, and buy a chassis for it - such as Wei-ya or 8-liners.

Maybe someone else can tell you different, but those are the only options I've seen recently. I'd love to hear if someone else is selling new monitors that aren't LCD.

Those 8liners look pretty inexpensive all things considered. I know they are for video card games, how would those work for a classic arcade game like Bubble Bobble? I'd like to have a new monitor but it concerns me that they don't have a brand name and are so much less than what other people are selling monitors for. I don't want to buy something only to not be able to have someone fix it later, would I be better off buying a known brand like a WG or a G07?

I have an 8liners 19".. so far so good... Nice picture. The price was right
at 170 shipped when I bought it.

Thanks, good prices at 8liners! What about a 13"? Thinking about replacing the one in my Galaga cabaret.

You won't be fixing cheap Chinese ones anyway - you will probably get a few years and then chuck it and buy another cheap Chinese one - simple!!
