I have a friend that wants to by a gazillion-game cocktail, new. I restore the vintage classic games in the usual way (half-working units at auction, craigslist, etc.) but know nothing about the new market.

He doesn't want to mess with used, he wants something he can buy new out of the box with a warranty that has no scratches to go with his newly finished game room in the basement. He's in management, has the money, intends to spend $2000+. You get the picture. He's looking here:

Is there a recommended go-to place with the group, or are these guys as reputable as any in the field? Western Ohio is the final location.

Thanks!

stay away from DreamArcades. i had one.

They use cheap particle board, and cheap 1/8 inch plexi for the tops, and regular crappy old pc monitors sitting on a shelf. after about a year, this thing was about as rikity as a $20 entertainment center from walmart.

I recently picked up another one (used this time), and not sure where it was originally from, but this thing is Furniture quality, all solid wood.

In Ohio? DPtwiz is who you should contact... You can get the hardware for a Multicade from various places like Arcadeshop. But this is where I would get my cabinets from if I was in Ohio. ;)
