OK here goes...where is the best place and cheapest to buy a 19" lcd to put in older games..endro racer,ms pac and easy to plug in

Would you give an elephant flamingo legs? That's what you will get when you ram an LCD in a classic game...

Cheap LCD your probably not going to find. The mointors are about $300.00 and the frame is around $50.00.

Add shipping and tax too.

LCD's are getting really cheap....

First try to fix the monitors you have...you can get new chassis, replace tube, try a cap kit....if you can't fix and you plan on keeping the games with lcd here is what I have just gone through:

Measure you cabinet - figure out what is the widest you want to go.
Are you setting the games up for horizontal or vertical?
Horizontal means you will put the monitor in level - vertical means putting it in at 90 degrees - lengthwise.

Check out geeks.com, new egg, tiger direct...

I just got a great deal on a 25" lcd for $149 with free shipping from geeks.com:

Get one that has the vesa mount (4 screw hole standard for wall mounting) and bolt into existing monitor mount.

Get an adapter from jamma arcades that converts -
CGA/EGA/YUV to VGA Arcade HD-Converter PCB (GBS-8220)

Let me know if you have any questions,
Chris

i have repaired the chassis..the problem is the tubes all have alot of burn in....where i can i buy the tubes for the cheapest price....to keep them original and keep everyone from jumping me lol

Look for some 19" TVs at the thrift store or craigslist. With a tube swap, a monitor will look brand new.
