where do you guys buy your genesis and super nintendo games ?

Hi guys, I'm getting back in to the genesis/snes games here. Where do you guys go to find games at decent prices for both of these systems. I live in a hick town and there isn't one place to buy them. P.S. I don't use ebay unless i have to, i really do hate them. I know amazon marketplace isn't bad but what im after is a site with a good selection that combines shipping charges.

Try the local swap meet. Or the local thrift store. I just picked up a Super Nintendo that is complete in the box at a local thrift store.

Game Crazy (owned by Hollywood Video) sells nearly every title I can think of. Prices are decent depending on the franchisee. The one in North Salem is much better on pricing than South Salem, but South Salem has every game.

I rarely buy classic games off of the internet. I buy most of my games from thrifts and to a lesser extent pawn shops. I sometimes hit Play-N-Trade, but their prices are often near or exceeding ebay prices (I still find something good every now and then). If you live near a large town, it might be good to familiarize yourself with it, to find some good hunting grounds. I live in a hick town myself but I have a major city less than an hour a way, which is where I find most of my stuff.

Agree..

Around Sacramento the best place has always been the local flew market called Denio's...

I found a coupld of rare SN titles there and got them for like $2...one was Final Fantasy which is hard to come by..

Happy Hunting!

Jess
