So went to mess with my PC-10 cab and decided on laminating it as opposed to painting it. After sanding it I realized it already had been laminated at one point.

I went to Home Depot as someone had suggested here and asked about Arborite.

After asking three of the special needs persons they hired at this store, no one had heard of it. After asking their management staff still no one had heard of it nor did they have anything similar.

So I was hoping you guys might have a suggestion as to wear I can buy this similar material, or something similar.

Thank you guys much!

I think you want to ask for Wilsonart laminate or Formica.

At the Home Depots I've seen, there's a desk/counter area where some employees can sit and get orders for countertops and cabinetry. It's right around the cabinets. I saw dozens of small samples of the laminate. In a drawer, they had a BUNCH more samples on a chain, including many woodgrains. I've only ordered matte black. He took my order, which was 3 or 4ft wide by 8 or 10ft long roll. Wrote me up a ticket, then I took it up to a cashier at the front, they took my money, then confirmed with the guy at the back that the order was paid for. They called me in less than 2 weeks to come pick it up, rolled in a large box.

Thank you very much man! I'll give that shot. I tried explaining it to each of the employees, but it was like I was trying to teach calculus to the banjo playing kid from deliverence.

No kidding! I asked someone at Lowe's a similar question and you would have thought I asked them something in Chinese. And of course the other couple of guys he went and got gave me the exact same look.
