You tried to use the shield of April's Fools day as a cover when you started taking a little heat. Well, Richie did the same thing back at you. What's good for the goose, right?

The April Fool's thread was at least mildly amusing. It "fooled" some people or at least gave them a double take. The post compiled observations of many collectors, not just Knucklez. He did not do the same thing back to me. His post was obscene with a difference in degree and intent. Any impartial observer can see that.

...you're entitled to your views, opinions, and choice of threads. You must have said or done something though that obviously did not sit well with the community and conduct code for this site...

Why can't people just have a good time? Why does there "have" to be drama? We are (mostly) adults here... right? I'm just perplexed by the amount of drama created between a small group of like-minded ADULTS...

The pin guys are even worse... HOLY SHIT. Come on people... didn't we grow out of this shit like... TWO AND A HALF DECADES AGO?

EDIT: BTW - Z3k3... evidently there were some threads/responses to/from Ritchie that I didn't see... my "newb ass" response above was based on the content I did see which was overwhelmingly one sided (at the time).

You gotta realize that this place is a popularity contest first, and preserving arcade games is secondary.

This is the ugly, true reality.
How quickly minds were made up and sides were chosen.
The whole ordeal can be likened to things like the "price police."
If someone is gonna push their goods in the wrong forum,
they should expect a few jabs. If it were a lesser-known seller,
that person would have been stomped into the ground, clearly.
I'm happy to know Richie and worked with him on a project a
while back, but he's a little reckless online and that's just who he is.
But he shouldn't get special treatment, either.

I was not fooled. I knew what you're intent was. The timing and content was too convenient. To an aware person, it appeared you were teasing him directly about his talks of a reality show only a day or two following your guys' finger pointing.

I am also smart enough to see what he did was a 'step up' to your move. Escalation is the clear course of action in alot of arguments and fights. It was vulgar. It was crass. It was most likely what you should have expected from a guy like Richie. He got his ban. He brought the trouble to himself with it. He won't be back, from what I hear.

I think this horse has been beaten enough. There's not much sense in continuing on with this thread at it's course. It appears your ban has been lifted. Welcome back. Continue with life.

Unsurprisingly, certain people invite 'drama' while claiming to be above it. Richie was banned temporarily for certain behaviors that he was warned about, end of story. The rest of this thread is just people stirring shit and is headed nowhere good, so regardless of your feelings on deletions and thread locks, this one is now closed.
