Care to share where?

what he said. these boards aren't so much everyone's personal tool for finding the answers they need, but also as a resource to help others out with the same or similar problems.

my 2 cents though, I've bought some decent replacements from Happ that are relatively inexpensive when you consider how much equivalent higher quality PC fans can run, I reckon this is the part # but I could be wrong (I just asked my sales rep for what I needed) http://na.suzohapp.com/electrcsup/80000633.htm . I replaced the video card fan on my Sportstation with this kind of fan: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811999027 I realize it's out of stock but you can find that fan in many other places. it's 39 CFM airflow, just look for the one that can do that. :)

a point to note, you have to splice the original fan cables with your replacement. that involves splicing about an inch of the insulator off both sets of wires, intertwining the exposed wire together, and layering it with solder. you can throw electrical tape and a ziptie to ensure the tape never comes off on each set of wires, or there's a product I stumbled upon at Wal Mart called Liquid Tape, never tried it, but if you feel adventurous you can feel free to try it out.
