When does B+ get adjusted?

Whenever a cap kit is done?
Or after any monitor part has been replaced?

What are some common B+ values?

I am recapping a Nintendo EZV for Donkey Kong and another for a Popeye.

B+ should be 108v. You can test it at the "BJ" test point. Be careful though, those old B+ pots are shitty, but you can get nice new ones from Bob Roberts.

Checking the B+ is one of the first things you should do with a monitor. Both before, and after a cap job. It's important to know if it's just a little off, or a LOT off. A little is likely just an adjustment; a lot could be many things.

Should this be for all monitors or just for Sanyo and/or Sharp?

Any monitor should be tested. Those that CAN be adjusted should be. But, the monitor should be allowed to warm up for at least fifteen minutes, assuming that it's operating correctly, before attempting to adjust the B+.

Is there a B+ test point on a WG 4900? If so, could you tell me where to test and what the reading should be? Thanks!

ANY monitor with adjustable B+, you adjust it after a capkit. If it's not adjustable, you check it anyway, and if it's significantly off, you've still got issues.
