I have to admit I got caught up in some of the hype myself and when I saw one for a decent price locally I bought it. I don't play it much myself, but it gets a good amount of play from some friends that like Dr Mario. Now personally the NES was the system I probably have the best memories of playing as a kid. I wish the VS system had some games like Punchout that the PC10 has. To me that's the biggest drawback, but oh well.IMO the red tent phenomenon is due to 1 or more members here repeatedly mentioning it and hyping it up to others who really had no inclination to search out or buy a red tent. Some may not have even been aware that a red tent existed. All the talk gets people excited and increases demand based on "hype." Often times people find once they have the game in hand that it's not as exciting as it was talked up to be or as they remembered. As a result they sell the game.
