Whats this tantalum cap value? Just want to make sure

It reads +10 and then 25V. My question is that 10uf, 0.1uf or something else?

that diode should have a marking on it but if not its manual time to verify it and the capacitor should be 10uf 25v.
 
I also need help identifying the value of this diode to know what to buy:

Ideally, you need to identify if it is a rectifying diode or a zener diode in that location. Not the same. Must use the correct type. Unfortunately, both types of axial diodes come in that particular package.

My guess it's just a rectifier and rated ~1A and ~25V or more.
Using a diode rated thus or higher is OK. Voltage drop will be similar.

Given the PCB trace width I doubt there is any current flowing in that circuit.
