i need to knwo what the value of the disc cap. for C4 on my rallyx pcb..... when the game is on i can put my finger to it and it make the sound change, i can tap on it or rub it and it acts just like it is a microphone.. and am wondering if this is what is cause the feekback noise i can hear threw the speaker.

A lot of older board schematics (80's, early 90's) marked Microfarad Capacitors as MF, rather then μF like we're used to seeing nowadays (where MF tends to mean Milifarad).

ok cool.... so now to the other part of my question.... should it be acting like a microphone??? liek when i tap on the cap it make the tap noise out the speaker. i rub it back and forth it sounds like im rubbing a microphone... is that something normal for these? or is it a sign that it is bad.

I would guess there probably is nothing wrong with it. Its normal to hear static and various other sounds when running your fingers over the leads of components in the sound section. In fact you can actually test to see if your amp is working this way.

That does not sound normal, unless something is conducting from your finger to some of the leads.

Replace the part and let us know if that changes anything (feedback or microphone effect).
