Whats the going prices for Starship Troopers and Simpsons

Whats the going prices for Starship Troopers and Simpsons? In good condition. It is the older Simpsons Pinball, not TSPP.

simp

simpsons 1000- 1400, although 08 book says 1550 but thats high now
star troop 1100-1500 although 08 book says 1700 but thats high now

Looking at these 2 for $2400 from somone I know. They are not the pins I have been looking for, but I like the themes and want something new.

Seems like the Starship troopers is in good shape, and I cant really tell on the simpsons, could be fair, or good condition.

pins

at 2400 for the pair, thats pretty much full retail for non showroom or dist. sale
wholesale would be about half that

Starship Troppers is not a popular pin. I have seen a fair # for sale for $1000 or less. I would definitely play and make sure that you love both games, $2400 is more than I personally would want to pay.

Keep in mind if they are clean, shopped out and fully working examples you might not be that bad off. It's hard to find pins that are 100% working and clean for a good price so that would count for something.

Talking to the guy, it sounds like the Starship troopers is in real good shape, and that he has been taking care of them and working on them. The simpsons sounds sounds like cab has some scratches, but the playfield is in good shape, and he put in a new display and a new board as well

I really like Starship Troopers (although I haven't seen one in a while). Good shot layout and reasonable depth. The only thing I don't like is the huge Brain Bug that pops up right in front of the flippers--but not too often, thankfully.

Its not a bad game. I like it. You can get multiball pretty easy which my son likes. Now I will say since I got the Twilight Zone like a week after the Starship Troopers, the ST pin doesnt get played nearly as much. But I do still try to play one or 2 games on it every couple days at least.

I only got the ST from the guy, didnt get the Simpsons
