I love fighting games and I still would have to say Time Killers. It is a choppy, slow, poor man's Mortal Kombat. I am sure there are worse, but I can't think of any right now.

The game that pops into my mind from real arcades where I truly felt ripped off, was Sega Holosseum. This was the crappy fighting game that was released as a conversion for the Time Traveler cabinet. Words cannot express how incredibly bad this game was! If you think Time Killers is horrible, then you obviously haven't had the misfortune of walking up to what you initially think is a Time Traveler, then giving this game a pity 50 cents once you realize your mistake.
If I weren't old I would remember the name of it, but it is where you try to draw the circle... I played it with Karl and he made it look so easy, but I could not do a single circle... grrrrrr.... I'll remember what it is someday...

The crappy dial controller which was also the fire button is what seriously F'd up that game, it was a very bad idea on Taito's part, otherwise I thought it was a good game. If I ever get my hands on a PCB I'm going to rig it up with a separate fire button and rotary joystick just to see how it improves gameplay.
I'll add Bank Panic to the list, I just barely made it through one game and never looked back, Changing Lanes is nothing to brag about either.
I'll also pee on the third rail here by calling Pacman seriously overrated. I'm not calling it a bad game, just not nearly as good as its reputation.

It's fun for a little while, and then you quickly see all it has to offer and you get tired of it fast. Although I say all this knowing that the thing made more money than I could if I lived a couple million years.
