Ed, the easy thing to look for is the non-threaded area that sits above the threads and below the button "collar". If you look at my picture that joe3693 posted, you can see the thread-less space there on all the buttons.
My comments in the picture joe3693 posted relate to the distinguishing the various types of Nintendo buttons from each other (e.g. how to tell a "Punch-Out button" from a "Donkey Kong button".) For that you need to look at some of the more minute details.
If all you're trying to do is distinguish Nintendo button from Non-Nintendo button, then the bare-spot above the threads is the easiest way to tell.
As for the sizing, yeah, Nintendo made slightly smaller buttons. That stems from the act that Nintendo used METRIC sizes.'
But to answer your question, none of what you posted are Nintendo buttons.
