I have purchased a couple pins from the particular seller origionally listed. Yes the machines are well serviced. I also had a friend purchase from him. Both of us had good transactions with the seller and paid fair price for machines that work right away. He also offers tech assistance, even a visit to repair the machine for a time after purchase as well as a trade option if you choose to exchange the machine later. I did not need the service but he did a follow up service call for my friend. He was very detailed in describing to me some cosmetic flaws to the box and a minor spot on the playfield of one of my machines. For me, I did a bit of negotiating due to the fact I was purhcasing more than one machine, but minimal reducution in price. He sometimes offers lower price machines due to playfield/backglass quality. While not a store front retailer, he is a good business man. He has a good product, provides good service, and while has some mark up, it is not outrageous like other retailers in the Bay Area.
