What year did Bally/Midway stop producing cabarets and cocktails?

IIRC, wasn't Tapper the last cocktail Midway manufactured?

I seem to remember cabarets being phased out around 1982, but I'm not 100% sure.

I've seen pics of Gaplus cocktails, but I don't know if they were factory or conversions. Gaplus came out in 1984 I believe.

Tapper and Journey were both made in 1983 and were made in cocktail form. Gaplus was made in cocktail form according to KLOV and was produced in 1984. I can't say that I have ever seen one, but I did find a pic of one that does appear to be factory made (maybe the made a conversion kit?!?) Demolition Derby could be considered a cocktail and it was made in 1984 as well.

I don't know if it's considered Bally/Midway, since it's Sente (which I think Bally bought), but I believe they made cocktails for some of the Bally/Sente games too.

I've seen dedicated Galaga 3's which I believe cam a few months later after Midway decided to use the Galaga 3 name instead of Gaplus.

Well, I'm assuming they're factory becuase of the silkscreened top glass and CPO's. But I have no idea if they were kits or dedicated.
