What would you pay for a. . . . .

I just sold my other piece of real estate and cleared up about $800 a month income. My $200 offer is partly because I'm sick of waiting and I feel that I am rich With the extra cash. Prob a dumb move, huh?

Yeah, I think I am going to pass on it. Thanks!

In all honesty.....nicely counter-offer him...$100-$125 (and these figures, I think are pushing it, but I know you really want it). He's probably going to turn it down (let's face it, he's asking a lot for a broken conversion). Leave him your nimber, and tell him to give you a call if he changes his mind (Code: comes to his senses).

Unless he finds a sucker, he'll be setting on it for awhile.

Did just that. I was willing to go up to $150. Thanks for the input.

I payed $150 for mine and it was not a conversion. Got it home and everything worked just fine. I would say $100 since it is a conversion and has problems, you never know what it might cost to fix.
