What would you offer?

I was thinking maybe $150 tops, but these things take up a lot of space and are heavy! It's only about 12 miles from me. Can these things be converted over to a buck hunter version?

If you want it, $300. You could probably have the monitor chassis repaired for < $150, if that's what is wrong.

150 tops,. its never just a fuse (lmfao) but fyi dont post ad or auction links here. "guests" always seem to findd these ads and try to gert games out from underneath ya.

Haha. Most game hunters especially on here are at least a few hours away plus it's been listed for almost a month now.

Those are crazy heavy. I bought just the rear half of one of those for $20 at the last auction because it had a board inside and I figured I might get a working giant monitor too. Of course the monitor chassis was missing entirely and the board was the interface board to Target Terror.

I will probably be torching it once I strip the wiring and power supply and such out of it.

One thing I've noticed with big, heavy games like that is they will sit on Craigslist for weeks and weeks with the price dropping. Not working will hurt the interest and I'll bet 3/4 of the people who come to look at it walk once they see how bit it really is. I'd throw them an offer of like $150, if they don't take it then you will most likely get an email back in a couple weeks telling you to come get it.

why would you want it? since you're holding guns away from the cabinet anyway, there's no advantage to being on a showcase. really showcase cabinets have no use in a home arcade for any game really...

I have that exact showcase (at least the back half of it) and with a gun game you could get rid of the control panel half of the thing entirely.

That is such a fucking monster beast of a machine. You'd have to pay me $200 drive it to the dump. That thing should be strapped to a rocket and shot off into space towards the sun.

My very serious answer is 50, but my advice is run like hell in the opposite direction. Unless you are looking for a nice candidate for multicade/mame machine. The one thing I can say for it is if its running a gun game successfully, it has the "good" monitor in it(A WG IIRC). Anyways, these cabs came with a couple types of monitors. One would work with gun games, the other would not. So if this one is working with the gun, its probably the better one. They aren't that bad to move. I think they split in 3 parts. But the biggest part is still like moving a 39"TV on 3 foot pedestal. Hope that helps.

Too much of a beast for me. I have given up on buying giant size games. I don't like the showcase cabs, nothing nostaglia or collectable to me. With that being said if you want it I would start at $200 if he delivers it, $150 if he puts it in your truck, $100 if I move it and he never touches it. He'll knock money off if he never has to touch it again.

Moving it would not be too bad as far as hauling it. My enclosed car trailer works great for stuff like this. I was basically looking for a dual "gun"type hunting game. It was close and I could probably haggle on price. Just was asking for opinions as I don't do much video stuff anymore.

Yea with it not working in a generic cab I don't see more then 150 for it, personally I'd try to get it for that or less. If you want a hunting game maybe look for the atomiswave hunting game in a cabinet. It was called extreme hunting and extreme hunting 2. I've never played them but with the shotguns in that cab you could also run ranger mission, sport shooting usa, and sega clay challenge with just a cart change(and re-calibrating the guns).

Just food for thought. I have the atomiswave universal cabinet with sport shooting and ranger mission. I haven't gotten the others as they need the shotguns and I have happs pistols on mine. Not the best shooting games but at least you can swap them out. Just gives you more options. Personally I kinda want to get rid of it and get virtua cop though. Friends enjoy the atomiswave though.

If the board and guns work, those parts are worth the asking price alone. The rest? Your call. That's a big MoFo of a cab.
