What would it take to convert a jamma cab to hous eof the dead?

Was thinking about adding or converting my MKII cab to a house of the dead, aside from the guns and PCB, what else would i need?

yeah noticed that, and from what ive seen there not to cheap

Ill stick with a console version

House of the Dead is still one of the highest grossing arcade games and the machines are still worth good money and so are the various parts for it. I'd look for one of the dedicated machines, and sell the cab you have, and toss some cash on top of that. Converting your existing cabinet isn't worth it. I just saw a house of the dead, dedicated for $600. That's a good price imho.

I have been looking to do this as well. I am going to experiment with converting the signal from Medium Res to VGA and see if the Sega Games will work. I currently have Virtua Cop 2 and am looking for a HotD.

I am hoping to start experimenting in the next couple of weeks. I can post back here with what I figure out.

I have a lot of Naomi Hardware as well and you could look into HotD 2, but the gun scheme is more complicated. It will run in a standard Jamma Cabinet though.

it would be nice to find any of the HOTD machines but i just cant swing the prices they want for them
