What Will Happen To Your Arcade Games When You Die?

In all seriousness, I'm leaving them to my youngest daughter to decide what she wants to do with them.

Actually what will happen is like most things...

We will all hold on to them for too long and they will eventually be worthless, so a lot of what you have will be given away or thrown away....

Just went through this with my Dad's Estate... He had tons of books and stamps, that had he sold them 15+ years ago, would have netted pretty good money. However, no one collects books or stamps anymore compared to what it used to be so we basically gave them away for pennies.

I'd imagine when I die the least of my wife's concerns will be what to do with my games.
I'll be dead so I won't know and it won't matter anyway.

When I'm gone...

When I die, I will be buried in a Robotron cabinet and my wife will put in an ad in Craigslist saying, "Free Arcade Games!!! Come and get 'em!". Then she will have a margo in the back yard and say, "Thank God they are all gone!".

Well, if she just puts you in the Robotron Cab and lets someone take all your cabs then someone on KLOV can post in the "Weirdest thing found in a cab" thread...:D

Part of me thinks I should take a few arcade machines that are fully restored and hide them in abandoned sheds and building across the country..

I wonder who would be crazy enough to go searching..

My son, who is 26 and has had to help me move several games into the basement, including my Suzuka 8 hrs, stated that he's just gonna pull a "Gilbert Grape" when I die.
