What was the most dead pin that you saved?

I had a Bally Evel Knievel project that I drove from MD to NY to get. I idolized EK in my youth. It needed alot and I knew zip about pins, so I either sold or traded it.
 
Picked up a completely dead Bally Mata Hari from a barn, no backglass, boards were toast, and it looked like mice had been living in the cabinet for years. Wiring was chewed, rust on just about every metal part, and the playfield was flaking badly. Took months of cleaning, board swaps, touch ups, and tracking down parts, but I finally got it playing 100%. Not perfect, but super satisfying seeing it come back from the dead.

I have the entrails of a Tomcat I would love to build someday, but no box or playfield.
