Hey all,

So tragedy struck and long story short my new-ish (bought it 9/10/12) Namco Donkey Kong died a horrible and tragic death. At least the board did. Now I'm wondering what the hell to do with it. I have a few options.

-I can ship the dead board to Betson- and than to Namco and probably pay out the ass for a new one.

-I can sell the parts of the machine and maybe get some of my money back. ( The marquee is perfect, Glass looks great but is has imperfections in the paint, Monitor looks fantastic, cab itself is in great shape but good luck getting it off the third floor)

-I can convert the whole damn machine into an original Donkey Kong/Jr/3 (i dont know if a vertical mario bros exists) by the grace of god using a variety of jamma converters- (although to be honest while I'd like to do this I have no idea if the parts exist or if the same power supply would have to modified etc.)

-Other options?

Basically I'm just pissed and want to vent haha.

Thanks guys,

Sbeehive

All you would need is the donkey Kong to jamma adapter arcade shop sells.

You should know that those dk jamma boards are on eBay all the time.

You should also ask Todd Tuckey too.

Thanks for the help Tighe!

Gonna try and see if I can find a reasonable board price from any of those sources before attempting to make things a little more original!
