This mostly empty cabinet popped up less than 15 minutes away from my house, so I had to grab it. I'm assuming that it's a "The Adventures of Robby Roto" cabinet that has been converted to a Sky Kid. You can see some orange overspray at the bottom of the inside of the cabinet, and you can see the dragon wing on the side art through the rattle can spray paint.

I'd like to get it back to a Robby Roto cabinet, and able to play Robby Roto, but I'm not interested in an original PCB (due to the cost and repairs mostly). I'm thinking MAME (I know…) or a Game Elf 138-in-1, but I tried a 750-in-1 Game Elf once and it was so bad I didn't even use it. Is the 138-in-1 any better?

I'd like to sand the sides down and paint everything back to orange that needs to be (unless there's something like paint thinner that I should try first). I can get CPO, marquee, and bezel from somewhere like Escape Pod. Since the control panel is a straight 90 degree, I could easily make a wood replacement if needed.

Does anyone have any other ideas that I'm not thinking of? It seems to be a pretty "uncommon" game, so I definitely don't want to do anything to "hurt" it.

Thanks!
