what should a guy pay for a red baron upright and a wacko upright?

both games work.

red baron has water damage, and art damage on one side.

wacko is pretty nice with (apparently only 8000 on the coin counter) needs cap kit, and back door.

seller is a cool guy who knows his stuff.

oh and I posted this in the for sale section like a dipshit.

that much huh? I guess I should scoop it up it I had the room.
They used to go for $600 plus all the time. Of course with the market the way it is, you might be holding on to it for a long time before you found a buyer. I discounted it down a little based on what you said it needed. Hopefully you can get it for less. Offer $250-$300 maybe and see what he say, worst he can say is no right?

ok so assume they are the same price, and the condition I stated before.

If you can only get 1, which one do you get?

I am on an odd kick of vectors and bally midway games, so I truly have no preference.

though I am leaning towards wacko, because it's in better shape.

whaco

i get those kind of games for no more than 20-50 ea

I'd get the wacko because the cab is really cool.

If I had to get one I'd pick the Red Baron since I like vectors. In reality I'd probably pass on them both even if they were really cheap. I just don't have any connection with either of them.

Anybody want to bet that I get a Solid working red Baron for $250? He said that the red baron had water damage on the side and water damage on the bottom. I wouldnt buy a game that had water damage unless it was for the parts. If I had a solid red baron cabinet, i think $100 is more than fair for a game that is a water damaged parts game. I just saw 2 battlezones go for less than $80 each at an auction and a $125 lunar lander and none of those games had any water damage.

Maybe water damage adds to value now days, that would be cool, I know a guy that has a shed full of games that are soggy!

Minnesota must be a great place to find cheap games.;) Let me know I will send a tractor trailer and you can fill it with $80 Battlzones, $125 dollar Lunar Landers, and $100 Red Barons:D

Hell a working Red Baron board set and monitor are worth over $400:rolleyes:
