What pinball theme would you want Jersey Jack Pinball to make?

For unlicensed themes:

The train theme is good, but so would other transportation ideas like a bus or a plane.

Greek Mythology

Carnivals

Picnics

Calvin & Hobbes...definitely. Spaceman Spiff & Weirdos from another planet, or even just playing around with transmogrifiers, hucking water ballons at Susie. All that good stuff. I would buy one, even though I don't have my first pin yet..that would be it, no question about it.

I like the idea of Goonies and Ghostbusters, both of those would have lots of fun possibilities.

For me, I'd love to see a "Spinal Tap" or "Rocky Horror Picture Show" pinball. Both come from the same era during the height of pinball, and both have plenty of great music/video that could be incorporated into the game.

Tap could have a little stonehenge on the playfield, and the playfield could be set up like an amphitheater. It could have a score rank of lights that goes to 11, and if you get that high the drummer explodes in a case of spontaneous human combustion. The actors are all still around, and could create funny new sound-bytes specifically for the game (like in the Elvira pins).

The 'Rocky Horror Pinball Show' could be set up like a haunted house, with songs from the show playing whenever certain goals/rooms were triggered. Multiball during the Time Warp!

Surely neither of these will ever happen, but it is fun to imagine...

For our target market and given that now there are only two economically feasible pins themselves; music bands and movie tie ins..

My one that I'd buy is:

Weird Al theme.. Can't you see it and the license would be crazy cheap.

Ghostbusters would rock, no doubt..

Last star fighter pin would be a great one as well.

I think Jersey Jack is looking for themes that lens them self to the LCD back glass and Internet connectivity in pins ..

I think Jersey Jack is also, given his age, has the older pin, baby boomer age at his top of mind..

So more likely is a 2001 a space odyssey pin.

But what about a James Bond pin? Why has this not been on the table? Have all the James bond actors and great villains..

Have the Aston Martin, laser watch, PPK, hot ass bond girls on the back glass, wait its an LCD so you could have every hot bond girl on the back glass..

Yeah James Bond is Jersey Jack's next pin...

Train/Railroad

NHL

Happy Gilmore or Caddyshack

Battlestar Galactica (original series,not remake)

Star Wars theme pin centered around the force or the empire

This is Spinal Tap

WEIRD NEW JERSEY,
we have a magazine in jersey dedicated to all things weird ! it has pics and stories of all the local abandoned places, mental hospitals ,caves and creepy shit ! I talked to the owners of the mag and of course they love the idea !

Ok, so I had another idea for a pin I'd love to someday see - "Dragon's Lair" the pinball game.

The playfield could be a cool castle & dungeon layout for the pinball game, and the screen could show the famous Don Bluth animations for all of the goals, shots, minigames, etc.

Yeah, yeah, keep dreaming!

Back to the Future (a better one than the data east attempt)...

just lookup the future pinball on youtube with their back to the future pinball, that with an lcd having clips from the movie would make me order one in a heartbeat.

Pokemon (the games) could be cool just because there are hundreds of colorful creatures to choose from, so there are tons of options. Another idea, preying on nostalgia here, would be Bill Nye the Science Guy. Crazy sound effects, 'experiments' you could run, etc.

if you look at what he chose in Wizard of Oz and Hobbit. those are top tier novels that are heavily engrained in the psyche of the culture. in effect the connection and marketing has been done for him over many many years of success.

So what's another great novel that has global success. What they do next will surely be of that epic proportion....probably not a religious writings pinball, though....

Harry Potter series probably fits the level.

Grimm's Fairy Tales: Rumpelstiltskin, Snow White, Rapunzel, Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Hansel, Gretel, Pied Piper, etc. Any story in particular or a conglomeration of many of them.

Other public domain stories:

Gulliver's Travels
Alice in Wonderland
King Arthur and the Holy Grail

Any mythology theme would be great tho! Whether Norse, Greek or Egyptian.
