Hello everyone. My pinball collection is growing- yeah!! I already had a Dirty Harry and purchased a No Fear a few weeks ago. I would like to keep some supplies on hand. I ran across a response in a thread a couple months ago about what one guy said he kept on hand. I've searched pretty throughly and can't find it.

Anyway I'm getting ready to place an order with Marco Specialties and wanted to pick up some basic stuff like fuses, light bulbs, Novus, etc. What do you keep on hand or recommend that I keep on-hand for basic maintainence?

Thanks!

fuses, flipper return springs, also small plastics links like for flippercoils and slingshots
whole flipper rebuild kits may also help

Thanks!

You'll definitely want to have all the typical cleaning stuff like Novus 1/2, simple green and wax. I also keep a stock of common repair items like balls, bulbs, fuses, transistors, diodes, slingshot links, coil sleeves, rubber rings, star posts etc.

Generally if a part is cheap or a common wear item I'll order a couple extra when doing a repair. After a few repairs you'll start to accumulate a small inventory.

Xanax, for when you start to lose your shit at a pinball tournament and just can't keep the nerves down. :p

"special" supplies for pinball repair

how come nobody stated the obvious??

Drywall screws, duct tape, 30 amp slow fuses, WD-40 and a black sharpie!
What else would you ever need?
