Hey guys- the sound on my Sorcerer is flaky and when I reseat this connector it works again. What kind of connector is this? Can I replace it with a standard molex .156/4 position? Please confirm so I can order the right one- thanks!

They are called 'IDC' connectors.. See how it basically pinches through the insulation resulting in a shotty connection. Replace w/ molex and trifuricon pins....
 
I also say when in doubt replace the connectors. I generally have an assortment laying around of connectors and Trifurcon pins. Remember you can always cut down a bigger connector housing into a shorter one, so you don't have to always use the exact size to create the connector, although if I have one available I do.

So you could always cut a 10 pin down to a 9 pin, etc.
