theres a cocktail cab for sale in my area and I'm wondering if you guys know what this cab is. Any info would be great as I don't know anything about cocktail cabs. monitor isn't working and plays blind. I'm thinking of offering $80 for it. Let me know if it's worth it. He's actually selling it for $300

Based on the manual, it's either a 48n1 or a 60n1 JAMMA cabinet. Looks like it may have once been a Midway CT, probably Pacman or Ms Pacman.

Those control panels look like add ons.

ya looks like a DIY job or at least a generic cabinet from back in the day.

That gyruss cocktail posted above looks really cool though

Also based on the manual, I bet the seller would be insulted by an $80 offer. Never hurts to tell the seller your top dollar though, worst he can say is "hell no".

Definitely not a Midway, coin door sits too low. Between that, the CP's, the lack of curves ect.., I'd guess homemade.

Thanks for all the input guys. Not interested in it now. I was hoping it was maybe something I could restore back to what it originally was. but if it's just some generic cab or custom built cab forget it.

the multi board 48in1 or 60in1 is of no interest to me, I wanted it only if it was an original cocktail cabinet of some game.

Heh.. No, thats some home-made looking cocktail.

Here is a pic of a gyruss cocktail

Is that yours Jon? Reason I'm asking is the plate on the side with the key. Mine just has a lock above the cp on each side. That looks like it was added on later or did some actually come like that? Does it even have provisions for locks by the cp? Also, if it is yours I could really, really use a pic or scan of the instructions, I got a hi-res scan of the art but still need the instructions.

Thanks.
