So, I've capped about a couple hundred (or thousand) monitors over the years, and I've done many 19" 4600's. All have had a cap listing of this:

Video Interface Board:

C201 - 1000uf 16v
C203 - 470uf 16v (optional)

H/V board:

C306 - 2.2uf 50v
C310 - 22uf 25v
C311 - 1000uf 35v
C313 - 47uf 50v
C315 - 10uf 50v
C356 - 4.7uf 25v
C359 - 4.7uf 160v
C362 - 10uf 50v

Power Board:

C501 - 10uf 160v
C503 - 22uf 25v

Main Chassis:

C608 - 47uf 200v
C613 - 220uf 25v
C614 - 33uf 25v
C617 - 1uf 50v
C619 - 1uf 50v
C622 - 1000uf 35v
C623 - 470uf 25v
C624 - 100uf 25v
C625 - 10uf 160v
C633 - 2.2uf 50v (Bipolar)

However, I've just done one that had this cap listing (listed what I replaced them with, as I forgot to make a list before, so if you run across one of these, you may find some voltage values lower on original caps). Changes are in red:

C315 - 10uf 50v
C356 - 4.7uf 25v
C359 - 4.7uf 160v
C362 - 10uf 50v

Power Board:

C501 - 10uf 160v
C503 - 22uf 25v
C551 - 220uf 25v

For anyone who cares, the interface card is a P305. It is now tested and working on a 19" tube.

Never seen this version before with the extra 3 caps, but the list is here now if anyone ever needs it...

There were early and late production runs so there certainly could be a few minor differences in number of components or their values. Remember, the earliest version did not have the horizontal and vertical raster position jumpers.

Later production supported the horizontal position pot on the P317 and P318 video interface cards.

It's a K4606. If you want to see the schematics for it, including those extra caps, pull up a Pac Man (or Rally-X, or Gorf) Parts and Operating Manual, and check out the monitor section near the end.

For example, PDF page 49 here:
http://arcarc.xmission.com/PDF_Arcade_Bally_Midway/Pac-Man_Parts_and_Operating_Manual_(Dec_1980).pdf

Looks to me like those caps are in unused circuits, which is likely why they were omitted from future K4600s.
